The focus is on your problem – whether it be fear, a major decision you have to make, a conflict you are struggling with or the need for new energy and inspiration.
We examine together where you want to go, what is keeping you back, and how you can find a solution to the problem.
What you want and need
We work a lot with images in these coaching sessions. Consciously or unconsciously, you are constantly influenced by images. Images others have of you, or images you have of yourself, and images from your environment and culture. We examine these images with imagination and association. The images hold up a mirror for you. So you can get quickly to the core of who you are, what you want and what you need.
You use your images also in order to regain your strength and thus find new inspiration and solutions. You need not be creative or artistic to do it.

The Mat: You and the other
Another technique that we can use is the Mat. The Mat enables you to visualise how you experience contacts with others, but also how you relate to different elements of yourself: your fearful side, your critical side, your optimistic side… The Mat makes ingrained patterns, judgements or prejudices visible and is an excellent instrument for behaviour modification.

The purpose of coaching is to enable you to differentiate between what you want and what you need in your daily life; to find solutions and new energy. But it can also mean acceptance of unexpected changes in your life.
