Your goal takes centre stage
In our first talk we determine together what your question is. Where you want to go, what you want to change. Your question will determine how we proceed further.

An important element of my approach is working with images. You need not be artistic or creative in the least. Other elements can be: relaxation exercises, movement, work on the voice and naturally, my heedful ear. But whatever we do, your questions, needs and energy are always centre stage.

Coaching

A coaching course usually comprises 3 to 12 sessions, which normally last one hour and a half each. After the initial interview, we make an appointment for 3 sessions each time.
Rate: €112,50 per 60 minutes, exclusive of VAT
Location: I work in a safe, anonymous, quiet and welcoming consultation room.

Workshops

Workshops are always customised for groups comprising ideally 10-12 participants. I will gladly provide a customised estimate upon request.
Indicative rate: €750 per day, exclusive of VAT

Training courses

Training courses are always customised for groups comprising ideally 10-12 participants. I will gladly provide a customised estimate upon request.

Supervision

Supervision sessions are based on clearly defined questions. The sessions last one hour. Three sessions usually suffice.
